Vannevar Bush: Vannevar Bush (March 11, 1890 – June 28, 1974) was an American engineer, inventor and science administrator, who during World War II headed the U.S. Office of Scientific Research and Development (OSRD), through which almost all wartime military R&D was carried out, including initiation and early administration of the Manhattan Project. "As We May Think" is an essay by Vannevar Bush, first published in The Atlantic in July 1945 and republished in an abridged version in September 1945 — before and after the atomic bombings of Hiroshima and Nagasaki.

Victor Harold Vroom: Victor Harold Vroom (August 9, 1932 - ) is a business school professor at the Yale School of Management. The Expectancy theory is a motivation theory first proposed by Victor Vroom in 1964 in the book "Work and Motivation", which attempts to explain why individuals choose to follow certain courses of action in organizations, particularly in decision-making and leadership in 1964. 2014-J-P-III-Q-48
